Common use of MASTER TRUST DEED DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

MASTER TRUST DEED DEFINITIONS. Subject to clause 1.12 unless defined in this Deed, words and phrases defined in the Master Trust Deed have the same meaning in this Deed. Where there is any inconsistency in a definition between this Deed and the Master Trust Deed, this Deed prevails. Where words or phrases used in this Deed are defined in the Master Trust Deed in relation to a Series Trust (as defined as the Master Trust Deed) and/or an Other Trust such words or phrases are to be construed, where necessary, as being used only in relation to the Series Trust (as defined in this Deed) and/or the CBA Trust, as the context requires.
