Common use of Master Use Clause in Contracts

Master Use. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a gold lease to record vocal synchronization to the musical composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form. The Platinum License is valid for 18 months from the purchase date. The licensee has the right to use Licensor's musical composition as long as it is used in conjunction with the licensee's recorded audio lyrics worldwide. If the licensee wants to continue to use the licensor's musical composition after the licensing terms has expired, the licensee must purchase another Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Exclusive License agreement.
