Match Long-Term Incentive Plans. As determined by the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Match Board of Directors pursuant to its authority under the applicable Match Long-Term Incentive Plan, each equity award (“Match Equity Award”) corresponding to shares of Match Common Stock shall be adjusted as set forth in Section 2.03(g) of the Transaction Agreement.
