Material Acquisition Diligence. Administrative Agent shall have received such appraisals, surveys, environmental assessment reports, title materials, exception documents and other documentation, if any, as Administrative Agent or Title Agent may reasonably request with respect to the Subject Assets, and Administrative Agent and Title Agent shall have completed their respective reviews of same, the results of which shall be satisfactory to each of Administrative Agent and Title Agent in its sole discretion;
