All material indentures, loan agreements, leases, mortgages and other agreements binding on the Corporation or its subsidiaries are identified in the list of exhibits contained in the Corporation's most recent 10K report ("Other Agreements"). No material default on the part of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries (including any event which, with notice or the passage of time, would constitute a default) exists under any of the Other Agreements.
