Material Allocation Period. The Material allocation period corresponds to the term of this TCS Attachment, except if the Home Base allocation is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions set forth herein or otherwise agreed by the Parties. In case the Material allocation period is terminated prematurely partially or in whole Article 10.3 shall apply.
