Material Breach; Insolvency. This Agreement may be terminated by Alamo Colleges District for breach of any material terms or conditions of this Agreement by Contractor, which breach is not corrected by Contractor within ten (10) calendar days after written notice thereof is given to Contractor, or immediately should Contractor become insolvent.
