Common use of Material Breach of Service Levels Clause in Contracts

Material Breach of Service Levels. If Vendor fails to fully and satisfactorily provide or perform any service during the term of this Contract, such failure shall constitute a material breach of the Contract. If such breach is not cured within seven days after written notice is provided to Vendor, Citizens may immediately pursue all available remedies under this Contract.
