Material Business Sample Clauses

Material Business. The Borrower shall not permit Enerplus Group Financing LLC to carry on any material business operations, other than those related to the ownership of shares or other ownership interests of, or the making of inter-company loans to, any Material Restricted Subsidiary which is a party to a Guarantee Agreement nor shall the Borrower permit Enerplus Group Financing LLC to own any oil and gas properties or any other material assets, other than the shares or other ownership interests of, or inter-company loans to, any Material Restricted Subsidiary which is a party to a Guarantee Agreement;
