The Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries (taken as a whole) will not engage in any business substantially different from those businesses of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries described in the Form 10-K of the Borrower for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2017, as filed with the SEC, and any businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto.
