Common use of Material Change to Business Clause in Contracts

Material Change to Business. If Customer experiences a material change to its business as a result of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or similar transaction, Litera shall have the right to review the current licensing agreement for all Litera products and will work with Customer in good faith to amend the commercial terms of the current licensing arrangement within 90 days of the material change to reflect Customer’s organizational changes.
