(a) Schedule 6.01(22) (as amended from time to time after the Closing Date), contains a true and complete list of all Material Contracts and Material Licences. Schedule 6.01(22) shall be deemed to be amended to include each such Material Contract and Material Licence in respect of which the Lender has received notice pursuant to Section 7.01(9)(h).
