All outstanding sales orders and sales contracts of the Company have been entered into in the Ordinary Course. Except as described in Schedule 3.19(a), the Company has not received any advance, progress payment or deposit in respect of any sales order or sales contract, and the Company has no sales order or sales contract that will result, upon completion or performance thereof, in gross margins materially lower than those normally experienced by the Company for the services or products covered by such sales order or sales contract.
