Common use of Material Contracts, Organizational Documents, Originating Documentation Clause in Contracts

Material Contracts, Organizational Documents, Originating Documentation. No Credit Party shall (a) enter into any Material Contract with any Person; (b) agree to any material amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to, or waiver of, any of its material rights under any Related Agreement; or (c) amend or permit any amendments to its Organizational Documents which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. No Credit Party shall amend the Originating Documentation relating to any Type of Receivable which could result in such Originating Documentation failing to be in compliance with applicable consumer protection, debt collection, payday loan and collection agency laws or regulations.
