Common use of Material Events of Default Clause in Contracts

Material Events of Default. Any failure by CONTRACTOR, other than a Technical Event of Default as provided for in Section 50.5 above, to comply with the terms and conditions of this Contract, including without limitation breach of any covenant contained herein, shall constitute a “Material Event of Default” by CONTRACTOR.
