Material Feature" means any feature of a Plan that could reasonably be expected to be of material importance, in the aggregate, to the sponsoring employer or the participants (or their dependents or beneficiaries) of that Plan, which could include, depending on the type and purpose of the particular Plan, the class or classes of employees eligible to participate in such Plan, the nature, type, form, source, and level of benefits provided under such Plan, the amount or level of contributions, if any, required to be made by participants (or their dependents or beneficiaries) to such Plan, and the costs and expenses incurred by the sponsoring employer or Participating Companies for implementing and/or maintaining such Plan.
