Material Feature. “Material Feature” means any feature of a Plan that could reasonably be expected to be of material importance, in the aggregate, to the sponsoring employer or the participants (or their dependents or beneficiaries) of that Plan, which could include, depending on the type and purpose of the particular Plan, the class or classes of employees eligible to participate in such Plan; the nature, type, form, source and level of benefits provided under such Plan; and the amount or level of contributions, if any, required to be made by participants (or their dependents or beneficiaries) to such Plan.
