Material Government Approvals. The Borrower shall not amend or modify a Material Government Approval or any conditions thereof; provided, that the Borrower may amend or modify such Government Approvals and any conditions thereof so long as such amendment or modification could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect or result in the Impairment of the DOE Export Authorization.
