Material Held in Escrow. 2.1 This Escrow Agreement concerns the holding of source material specified in detail in Appendix no. 1. Danish Technological Institute accepts no responsibility for the submitted material being in accordance with the description in Appendix 1. 2.3 The material shall consist of the programmes, the associated source text and information concerning name and type of compiler. Further, any other information requested by the Customer as specified in Appendix 1. The material must be packaged in a file, and the file name must be specified in date format with specification of escrow number, YYYY-MM-DD_escrow number.zip – example: 2023-08-30_90003. 2.4 It is recommended to encrypt the material.
