Common use of Material Increase of Risk Clause in Contracts

Material Increase of Risk. Pursuant to clause 6.1 of the General Conditions Finnvera shall be entitled to act and take certain measures as described in such clause 6.1 in case the risk of Loss has materially increased as compared against the circumstances prevailing at the time of issuing the Guarantee Agreement. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 6.1 of the General Conditions the following shall apply:
