Common use of Material Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Material Indebtedness. Deliver to the Administrative Agent (i) a copy of each regular report, notice or communication regarding unmatured or actual defaults (including any accompanying officer's certificate) delivered by or on behalf of the Company to the holders of Material Indebtedness pursuant to the terms of the agreements governing such Material Indebtedness, such delivery to be made at the same time and by the same means as such notice of default is delivered to such holders, and (ii) a copy of each notice or other communication received by the Company from the holders of Material Indebtedness regarding unmatured or actual defaults pursuant to the terms of such Material Indebtedness, such delivery to be made promptly after such notice or other communication is received by the Company.
