Material Inducement. MGM MIRAGE and Owner acknowledge and agree that this guaranty constitutes a material and continuing inducement of Owner to enter into this Agreement and the Concurrent Agreements. MGM MIRAGE and Owner further agree that the provisions of this Section 20.5 are subject to the other rights and remedies of Owner and the Manager pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
