Material Litigation; Affiliations. So long as the Depositor is subject to Exchange Act reporting with respect to the Trust Fund, on of before the 18th day of each calendar month, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day, the Sellers, the Depositor, the Trustee and the Servicer shall notify the Depositor and the Trustee of any proceedings of the type described in Item 1117 of Regulation AB, together with a description thereof, that were commenced or terminated in the related Due Period. In addition, the Trustee and the Servicer shall notify the Depositor and the Trustee of any affiliations or relationships that develop following the Closing Date between the Depositor, the Trustee or the Servicer and any of the parties listed in Item 1119 of Regulation AB, together with a description thereof, no later than March 15 of any calendar year in which the Depositor is required to file an annual report on Form 10-K with respect to the Trust Fund (or such earlier time as may be required under the Exchange Act or Regulation AB).
