Common use of Material Loss of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Material Loss of Collateral. There shall occur any loss, theft, damage or destruction of any item or items of Collateral which either (i) has had or is reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect or (ii) materially and adversely affects the operation of the Credit Parties' business, taken as a whole, and is not covered by insurance as required herein.
