Common use of MATERIAL NOT ACCEPTED FOR CARRIAGE/STORAGE Clause in Contracts

MATERIAL NOT ACCEPTED FOR CARRIAGE/STORAGE. It is agreed between the parties to this agreement that ARAMEX shall not carry the shipment/consignment as a product if: a) Any items notified by ARAMEX to be restricted and/or banned and/or dangerous and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animal bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, written/printed materials/documents of subversive in nature, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs). Details of banned/prohibited items are available at all ARAMEX offices on request and also available on the website xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.
