Common use of Material Real Property Clause in Contracts

Material Real Property. Promptly upon, and in any event within ten Business Days after, US Company or any other Credit Party acquires any Real Property the Fair Market Value of which is equal to or greater than $15,000,000 or the Equivalent Amount thereof, notice of such acquisition, together with US Company’s good faith determination of the Fair Market Value thereof.

Material Real Property. Promptly upon, and in any event within ten Business Days after, US Company the Borrower or any other Credit Party acquires any Real Property the Fair Market Value of which is equal to or greater than $15,000,000 or the Equivalent Amount thereof2,500,000, notice of such acquisition, together with US Companythe Borrower’s good faith determination of the Fair Market Value thereof.
