Common use of Material Sourcing Clause in Contracts

Material Sourcing. a. Seller will comply with the Tesla Supplier Code of Conduct which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/about/legal/tesla-supplier-code-of-conduct.pdf and, to the extent applicable, the Tesla Human Rights And Conflict Minerals Policy which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/about/legal#human-rights-and-conflict-minerals-policy (the foregoing two policies are referred to, collectively, as “Xxxxx’s Conduct Policies”).
