Common use of Material Subsidiary Clause in Contracts

Material Subsidiary. Any Subsidiary which, at the time such determination is made, (a) has assets, revenues, or liabilities equal to at least $20,000,000, or (b) is the holder of or the applicant for a permit to operate a solid waste facility pursuant to RCRA or any analogous state law. MAXIMUM DRAWING AMOUNT. The maximum aggregate amount from time to time that the beneficiaries may draw under outstanding Letters of Credit.
