Common use of Material Underlying Financing Document Amendments Clause in Contracts

Material Underlying Financing Document Amendments. As of such Approved Subsequent Credit Date, if Administrative Agent has provided written consent pursuant to Section 11.2.19 with respect to any Material Underlying Financing Document included in the related Underlying Financing Specification since execution of such Underlying Financing Specification in accordance with Section 6.2.3 and such written consent contained any conditions with respect to subsequent Advances, all such conditions shall have been satisfied (and the same shall have been certified by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent in a certificate signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrowers).

Material Underlying Financing Document Amendments. As of such Approved Subsequent Credit Date, if Administrative Agent has provided written consent pursuant to Section 11.2.19 10.2.18 with respect to any Material Underlying Financing Document included in the related Underlying Financing Specification since execution of such Underlying Financing Specification in accordance with Section 6.2.3 and such written consent contained any conditions with respect to subsequent Advances, all such conditions shall have been satisfied (and the same shall have been certified by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent in a certificate signed by an Authorized Officer of the BorrowersBorrowers delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.1).
