Materiality or Defect Thresholds. Neither the requirements that a breach be “Material” for application of the remedies set forth in Section 7, nor the threshold requirements for a Environmental Defect or a Structural Defect, shall limit (or reduce or be a credit against) the responsibility of the Transferor to, at its option, effect a full cure of the breach or to repurchase the Loan under this Section 7 after the defect has been determined to meet such threshold.
