Materials and Construction Sample Clauses

The Materials and Construction clause defines the standards and requirements for the materials used and the methods of construction in a project. It typically specifies the quality, type, and source of materials, as well as the workmanship standards that contractors must follow. For example, it may require that all building materials meet certain industry certifications or that construction methods comply with local building codes. This clause ensures that the finished work meets agreed-upon quality and safety standards, reducing the risk of defects and disputes over construction quality.
