MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC i. Only one entrance is to be used per construction site.
ii. Vehicles are only permitted to enter the site using the allocated access point.
iii. No construction vehicles are permitted to traverse adjacent plots without the permission of that plot owner. This permission request must be submitted to Estate Management in writing.
iv. No vehicle weighing more than 8 tons and with double axles will be allowed on the estate roads at any time. This includes Readymix concrete trucks.
v. Delivery vehicles that comply with item 5.4.1 will be allowed to deliver at the lay down area from where the contractor will have to take materials to the building site with smaller vehicles.
