Evaluative materials or summaries thereof, prepared as part of a regular employee evaluation system, may be placed in an employee evaluation file after a copy has been presented to the employee for signature. The employee's signature does not necessarily indicate agreement with the contents of the document. The employee may append a written statement to the evaluation expressing their interpretation of the evaluation.
