MATERIALS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. A. Any materials referred to herein are incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract, which shall include the materials attached hereto and supplied to the ACCOUNTANT, consisting of 29 pages.

Investor acknowledges receipt of the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company and the Risk Factors as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Risk Factors”), and acknowledges having read and understood the terms and provisions of both of the foregoing, including, without limitation, all Risk Factors relating to the Company’s involvement in the cannabis industry.
