Materials of Environmental Concern have not been transported. disposed of, emitted, discharged, or otherwise released or threatened to be released, to, at or from any real property presently or formerly owned, leased or operated by the Parent Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or at any other location, which would reasonably be expected to (i) give rise to liability or other Environmental Costs of the Parent Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries under any applicable Environmental Law, or (ii) interfere with the planned or continued operations of the Parent Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, or (iii) impair the fair saleable value of any real property owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that is part of the Collateral.
