Common use of Materials on Public Property Clause in Contracts

Materials on Public Property. No excavated or other materials necessary to be disposed of, excepting as herein otherwise specified, shall be dumped or placed within the limits of any existing or projected public street or road, nor shall any materials be excavated and removed from such locations, without the prior written permission of the Commissioner.
