Mathematically Correct Payment Requests. Mathematically correct estimates of completion percentages shall be approved and certified for payment by City and shall be paid within thirty (30) days. If City finds JOC’s submitted estimates to be incorrect, City shall notify JOC, through PRIMELink, as to the inconsistencies discovered and explain, with reasonable particularity, the reasons for the finding. Progress payments to JOC shall be paid after the estimate of the Work is accepted, certified and approved by City. JOC’s estimates of completed Work shall be submitted electronically through PRIMELink.
