Matters after Termination. 1. The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the outstanding settlement hereunder or the payment obligation and other obligations or rights of either party accrued before the termination. 2. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, Chapter V and the obligations stipulated therein shall continue to have binding force upon the parties. 3. Upon termination of this Agreement, Party B shall cease acquiring data and content from Party A’s public platform within the period required by Party A, and delete existing contents according to the requirement of Party A.
