Matters or Occurrences Affecting Collateral. or this Agreement. Debtor will promptly notify Secured Party of any and all matters or occurrences that may have a material adverse effect on the status or value of the Collateral or this Agreement, including without limitation the occurrence of an Event of Default, or an event which, with giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute an Event of Default.
