Matters provided for. No Seller shall be liable for any Warranty Claim if and to the extent that the fact, matter, event or circumstance giving rise to the Warranty Claim is accounted for as a liability, provision or reserve in or otherwise taken into account in the calculation of Working Capital or Debt in the Closing Statement, provided that, in relation to those items which are generally (but not specifically) accounted for as a liability, provision or reserve in or otherwise taken into account in the calculation of Working Capital or Debt in the Closing Statement (the General Items), the above limitation will apply in relation to the relevant specific items set out in the Closing Statement which are expressed to relate to the relevant General Item.
