Matters Related to Assets. 2.6.1 The Seller has made available to the Buyer true, complete and correct copies of the deeds, leases, assignments, and other instruments (as recorded) by which the members of the Company Group acquired real property interests (including the Easements) owned, or held by Contract, by the members of Company Group, and true, complete and correct copies of all title insurance policies, opinions, abstracts, and surveys in the possession of Seller or any of its Affiliates (including the members of the Company Group) relating to such real property interests.
