Matters Relating to Other Classes of Partners. Notwithstanding Section 14.1(a) hereof, except as provided in Section 14.1(c) and Section 4.5(f)(ii), any amendment that would adversely affect only a class of Limited Partners, including the Original Limited Partners, may be amended with the Consent of such class of Limited Partners.
