Common use of Matters relating to the Cover Pool Clause in Contracts

Matters relating to the Cover Pool. (a) Reliance on title to the Cover Pool: The Common Representative may accept without investigation or objection such right and title as the Issuer may have to any of the Cover Pool and shall not be bound or concerned to examine or enquire into or be liable for any defect or failure in the right or title of the Issuer to the Cover Pool whether such defect or failure was known to the Common Representative or might have been discovered upon examination or enquiry and whether capable of remedy or not.
