Common use of Matters to be Arbitrated Clause in Contracts

Matters to be Arbitrated. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement or any document, instrument or agreement delivered pursuant hereto, the resolution of which is not provided for in this Agreement and which cannot be resolved or settled by the Parties, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with this Article 11 upon written notice by a Party to the other.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under or in on connection with this Agreement Deed or any document, instrument or agreement Deed delivered pursuant hereto, the resolution of which is not provided for in this Agreement Deed and which cannot be resolved or settled by the Parties, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with this Article 11 Section 17 upon written notice by a Party to the other.

Matters to be Arbitrated. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under or in on connection with this Agreement or any document, instrument or agreement delivered pursuant hereto, the resolution of which is not provided for in this Agreement and which cannot be resolved or settled by the Partiesparties, within 30 business days after one party gives writing notice to another party that a controversy, dispute, or claim exists, shall be settled resolved and determined by arbitration in accordance with this Article 11 12 upon written notice by a Party party to the other.
