Mature Aged. Workers‌ The parties to this Agreement recognise that mature age workers are beneficial to the Employer and the Industry. To this end, the Employer shall endeavour to employ a ratio of at least one mature age worker in every six employees. The parties shall ensure that mature age workers are not discriminated against when seeking or maintaining employment with the Employer.
