MATURED SHARES. As soon as the Release Date relating to any Eligible Employee's Appropriated Shares has occurred, such Appropriated Shares shall thereupon cease to be Appropriated Shares and shall become Matured Shares.
MATURED SHARES. As soon as the Period of Retention relating to any Eligible Employee's Deposited Shares has expired, the Deposited Shares shall thereupon cease to be Deposited Shares and shall become Matured Shares.
