Maturity Date for Non-Extending Lenders. It is understood and agreed that the Maturity Date relating to the Non-Extending Lenders shall remain unchanged and the repayment of all obligations owed to them pursuant to the Credit Documents and the termination of their Commitments shall occur on the then existing Maturity Date without giving effect to such extension request.
