Common use of Maturity Date of Base Facility Advances Clause in Contracts

Maturity Date of Base Facility Advances. The maturity date of each --------------------------------------- Base Facility Advance shall be the maturity date selected by the Borrower at the time of the making of each such Base Facility Advance, provided that such maturity date shall not be earlier than the 5th anniversary of such Base Facility Advance nor later than the 15/th/ anniversary of the Initial Closing Date.
