Common use of Maturity of Investments Clause in Contracts

Maturity of Investments. For so long as Cellco is the Servicer, any Permitted Investments of funds in the Collection Account and the Reserve Account (or any reinvestments of the Permitted Investments) for a Collection Period must mature, if applicable, and be available no later than the second Business Day before the related Payment Date and any Permitted Investments of funds in the Acquisition Account and the Negative Carry Account (or any reinvestments of the Permitted Investments) for a Collection Period must mature or be available overnight. Any Permitted Investments with a maturity date will be held to their maturity, except that such Permitted Investments may be sold or disposed of before their maturity in connection with the sale or liquidation of the Collateral under Section 5.6 of the Indenture.
