Common use of Maturity or Redemption Clause in Contracts

Maturity or Redemption. On any day when a Note matures or is to be redeemed, the Issuer shall transmit, or cause to be transmitted, to the Global Agent, to the account specified in Exhibit K, or such other account that the Global Agent may specify by written notice to Issuer, prior to 10:00 a.m., New York City time, one Business Day prior to the Payment Date, an amount of immediately available funds sufficient to pay the aggregate amount due on such Note as determined pursuant to the Debt Agreement.
